The Hollywood Hills contain several neighborhoods: Laurel Canyon Hills – where Wonderland Elementary School (one of L.A.’s highest rated elementary schools and a Gifted Magnet) is located, Beachwood Canyon – which contains a combination of single family homes, duplexes and multi-residential complexes, Cahuenga Pass, the very hip Franklin Village, Hollywood Heights, very posh Outpost Estates, Sunset Plaza and charming Whitley Heights.
